At Unlimit.lk, operated by Unlimit (PVT) LTD, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and reliably across Sri Lanka. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, and costs.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed, packaged, and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation and payment.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Sri Lanka. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping & Delivery Times (Island-wide)

We offer different delivery methods based on your location:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment the package is dispatched, not from the order date. Delays may occur during national holidays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Delivery Location: Rates vary based on the courier zone (e.g., Colombo vs. Outstation).

  • Order Weight/Size: Heavier or bulkier items may incur higher charges.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  1. Order Confirmation: Immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

  2. Shipment Notification: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email notification containing your Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s website where you can monitor the status of your delivery.

  3. Tracking: Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for locations across Sri Lanka

  • Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Failed Delivery and Undeliverable Packages

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will usually make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Re-Delivery: If a package is returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address provided, recipient unavailable), the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct and complete delivery address is provided at checkout. Unlimit.lk is not responsible for delays or losses due to inaccurate address information.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please inform the delivery agent immediately and contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt. Please take photographs of the damaged package and its contents.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will initiate a claim on your behalf and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.

Currently Domestic Only): At this time, Unlimit.lk only ships to addresses within Sri Lanka. We apologize for any inconvenience
